(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 24.09.2026 issued under signature of Director, School Education, Mr. Vishal Panwar, learned Additional Advocate General states that respondents, after having considered the case of the petitioners along with similar matters, passed common order dated 10.09.2025, whereby petitioners, who were appointed on contract basis, have been regularized in the pay scale of Rs. 10300- 34800 + Rs. 4200 grade pay + allowances as admissible from time to time from the date when they were initially appointed / joined on contract basis with all consequential benefits. He states that concerned Principal has been 2 requested to send detailed calculations regarding payment of arrears, enabling the department to pay the same. 2. Having perused aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, there appears to be merit in the contention of learned Additional Advocate General and as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and as such, same is disposed of with direction to the respondents to ensure that arrears, if any, in terms of compliance be released to the petitioners expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months, failing which petitioners would be at liberty to get the present petition revived so that appropriate action in accordance with law is taken towards implementation of the order/judgment.
