1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) :
“10.1 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner. 10.2 That, Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order/direction and quash the impugned communication dated 28.12.2021 as much
-2- as it pertains to the post of Counselor (Blood Bank) (Annexure P/1). 10.3 That, Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order/direction and be pleased to quash the decision dated 20.01.2022 by the Selection Committee who have cancelled the selection procedure for the post of Counselor (Blood Bank) (Annexure P/2). 10.4 That, Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order/direction and be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 4 to offer appointment to the petitioner on the post of Counselor (Blood Bank) on the basis of merit. 10.5 That, Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order/direction and be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 4 to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 14.02.2022 within a specified time frame. 10.6 Any other relief/reliefs which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also kindly be granted.”
2. Ms. Ali, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation before respondent No.4/Chief Medical and Health Officer, Mungeli, District Mungeli (C.G.) which is pending since 03.01.2022 & 14.02.2022.
She would further submit that except the petitioner, all other candidates have already been offered appointment on the post of Counselor (Blood Bank). She would contend that a direction may be issued to respondent No.4 to decide the pending representation of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law. 3. On the other hand, Mr. Singh, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the State would oppose submissions. 3
4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 5. Taking into consideration limited prayer made by Ms. Ali, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to decide the pending representation of the petitioner in an objective manner preferably within a period of 120 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the aforesaid observation(s)/direction(s), the present petition is disposed of. Sd/-
