On the face of the two dismissals, it would rather be apposite to hear the matter rather than consider the matter for suspending the sentence. Even otherwise, this Court had already directed on 16.09.2026 that the matter be listed for hearing on 26.10.2026. List the matter on 26.10.2026 as already fixed.
