The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chandankiyari P.S. Case No.55 of 2026, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 189(2)/ 191(2)/ 115(2)/ 74/ 117(2)/ 109/ 303 (2)/ 352/ 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bokaro. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the wife of the co-accused namely Bhim Sahis has also lodged counter case which was registered as Chandankiyari P.S. Case No.56 of 2026 against the informant- party wherein the informant has been made accused alleging that he has outraged the modesty of the wife of the co-accused namely Bhim Sahis and the allegations have also made of assault, thereafter, the present case has been lodged as a counter blast case and the same allegation is also present in the case. He also submits that petitioners are having no criminal antecedent as stated in para-13 of the petition. He next submits that the injuries are found to be simple. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits the allegations are there of outraging the modesty. 5. Considering that the wife of the co-accused namely Bhim Sahis lodged the case alleging outraging her modesty and the allegation of assault is also there. Thereafter, the present case has been lodged and the same allegations are made, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bokaro in connection with Chandankiyari P.S. Case No.55 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.)
