This petition is filed by the wife for transfer of M.C.No.227/2023 filed by her for restitution of conjugal rights before the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Anekal to Principal Family Court at Bengaluru as her husband/respondent filed M.C.No.3022/2024 for divorce before the said Court. It is stated that she has also filed Criminal Misc.No.225/2023 for maintenance before the Family Court at Bengaluru. It is stated that previously she was in Anekal and now shifted to Bengaluru. 3. Respondent is a Software Engineer working in Bengaluru. As the petitioner herself requested for transfer and also the fact that both the divorce application and - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:29570 CP No. 135 of 2026 restitution of conjugal rights ought to be tried and disposed of by one Court to avoid conflicting decisions, this Court finds that it is just and reasonable to transfer M.C.No.277/2023 filed by the wife from Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Anekal to Principal Family Court at Bengaluru. 4. Family Court is specifically directed to club M.C.No.3022/2024 and M.C.No.227/2023 filed by both the parties to avoid conflicting judgments and to dispose of them in time.
