Heard both the sides. This bail application has been filed on behalf of Md. Yasir who is in custody since 18.10.2025 in connection with Markacho P.S. Case No. 53 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 140(1) of the BNS, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Koderma, is pressed into motion. As per the FIR, the son of the informant was abducted by promising to get engaged in some work and latter demand of Rs. 20,000/- was made by mobile. In pursuant to the said call, Rs. 20,000/- was transferred to account of this petitioner. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that financial dispute between the petitioner and the informant led to filing of the present case as they were working together as electrician. Case has not been registered for offence of abduction for ransom. Matter has now been settled and compromise petition has been filed jointly singed by both sides before the learned trial Court during the pendency of this bail application. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner is named in the FIR and amount was received in his account. Under the circumstances, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
