1. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the facts of the case, as of now he is not pressing this bail application on merits and only praying for a direction to learned trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the proceeding at the earliest.

However, considering the document placed before this Court that the charge against the applicant has been framed in the year 2024 and according to his submission till date only 7 witness have been examined by the learned trial Court out of the total 22 listed witnesses, learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and take all necessary measures and steps as provided under the BNSS for causing presence of the prosecution witnesses.
