Today the petitioner paid an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- to the respondent/complainant by way of DD and also paid an amount of Rs.50,000/- by way of cash and the same is acknowledged by the respondent/complainant. 2. The petitioner is directed to deposit the fine amount of Rs.5,000/- towards the State within one week from today.
