JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed aggrieved by the order passed in O.S.No.26119/2025 dated 06.11.2025 passed by XIII Addl ACC & SJ, Bengaluru, whereby the trial Court has issued emergent notice on I.A.Nos.1 and 2 and suit summons against the defendants returnable by 10.12.2025. As the application is not considered, the petitioner has come before this court. 2. A Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 22.01.2026 had passed an order directing the parties not to alienate, encumber or create third party rights over the suit scheduled property till the next date of hearing. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:30403 WP No. 37519 of 2025 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/defendant submits that an interim order is granted on 22.01.2026 and the writ petition is pending before this Court and this writ petition may be disposed of as they have already entered appearance and the trial Court can consider the application. 4. Considering the fact that right from 22.01.2026 the petitioner is enjoying an interim order of status quo, it shall continue till the Court passes appropriate orders on I.A.Nos.1 and 2. In that view of the matter, this Court is passing the following: ORDER i. I.A.Nos.1 and 2 shall expeditiously be disposed of within a period of one week from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. Till such time, the order of status quo granted by this Court shall continue. ii. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. iii. All I.As. in this writ petition shall stand closed.
