JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH ORAL ORDER The petitioner and respondent are present before the Court and so also their respective counsels. 2. Learned counsel for both the parties have filed a joint memo, wherein the petitioner has agreed to pay convicted amount of Rs.11,90,000/-. Out of which, the petitioner has deposited an amount of Rs.2,40,000/- before the Court and the same has already been withdrawn by the respondent/complainant. The respondent/complainant has also deposited an amount of Rs.3,60,000/- as ordered by this Court by way of Demand Draft and the balance amount payable is Rs.5,90,000/- which will be paid in 7 installments as agreed by the respondent/complainant in terms of the joint memo. The petitioner has already paid an amount of Rs.50,000/- today by way of UPI and agreed to pay Rs.50,000/- each in 5 installments every month on 23rd and the balance amount of Rs.2,90,000/- would be paid on 31.12.2026 which is the last installment. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:31034 CRL.RP No. 37 of 2025 3 The joint memo is accepted and taken on record. 4. In terms of the settlement, the amount which is in deposit is ordered to be paid to the respondent/complainant and petitioner has no objection to release the same in favour of the respondent/complainant on proper identification. 5. The petitioner is directed to deposit the fine imposed to the tune of Rs.10,000/- before the Trial Court within 2 weeks from today and produce the receipt within 3 weeks. If the receipt is not produced before the Court, list this matter for recovery of fine amount on 20.07.2026. In terms of the joint memo, the revision petition is disposed of.
