Petitioner has filed this petition for the following reliefs: “10.1. This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned letter dated 16.01.2026 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent no. 02, in the interest of justice. Wpc 3280 of 2026 2 10.2. This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned communications/letters dated 20.04.2026 (Annexure P-8) and 23.04.2026 (Annexure P-9), whereby the respondents have reiterated and enforced execution of the work at 70% above SOR in the interest of justice. 10.3. This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent corporation to accept the petitioner's bid submitted at 170% above SOR in strict accordance with the terms of the Notice Inviting Tender dated 07.10.2025 (Annexure P-2), or in alternative, to cancel his tender without imposing any adverse consequences upon him. 10.4. This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other writ/writs, order/ orders, relief/ reliefs in favour of the petitioner, which the Hon'ble Court deem fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to revive the same if occasion arises. 3.
