This Court vide order dated 20.08.2024 suspended the sentence subject to the revision petitioner depositing 50% of the fine amount (inclusive of the fine amount, if any already deposited) before the trial Court within a period of four weeks from the date of the order. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that no such compliance is made and the learned counsel for the revision petitioner endorsed the submission made by learned counsel for respondent. The matter was referred to mediation centre and the revision petitioner never appeared before the mediation for the period of 60 days and the matter was not settled.
