1. The petitioner, through the medium of the present petition, seeks a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate (Munsiff), Jammu for complying with its own order dated 16.10.2023, whereby in an application filed under Section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act, 2012, vide order dated 16.10.2023, the petitioner was granted monthly maintenance of Rs. 5,000/-. It is alleged that the respondent No. 1 has paid only an amount of Rs. 25,000/- till date and that arrears of more than Rs. 4.00 lakhs are outstanding against him. Supp. Cause List-1 Serial No. 97

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would feel satisfied, if the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned court below to expedite the enforcement of the maintenance order in the execution petition filed by the petitioner.
3. The relief sought by the petitioner is innocuous in nature and essentially seeks enforcement of the order already passed by the learned trial court.

Viewed thus, the present petition is disposed of at this motion stage, with a direction to the learned court below to expedite the execution of the aforestated maintenance order in the execution petition filed by the petitioner for enforcement of the order regarding payment/recovery of maintenance, of course, in accordance with law.
