Gautam, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. P.S. Lahkar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of State respondent. None appears on call for informant/respondent though names Page No.# 2/3 of several Advocates have been reflected in the Cause List. However, it is seen that in the last occasion Mr. R. Ali was appearing on behalf of informant after receipt of the TCR. 2. This is an application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, who is apprehending arrest in connection with Hatigaon P.S. Case No. 195/2025, under Sections 118(2)/109(1) of BNSS. 3. Mr. Gautam, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted in this regard that during the entire investigation period the petitioner was under interim protection, cooperated in the investigation and his statement is also recorded. Case has already been charge-sheeted and accordingly prayed to make the interim bail absolute. 4. Mr. Lahkar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted in this regard that from the scanned copy of the TCR as well as Case Diary it is seen that he has cooperated in the investigation, his statement is also recorded and case is accordingly charge-sheeted. 5. Considering the submissions of learned counsels for both sides and also considering the fact that the case has already been charge sheeted, it is provided that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Court below within 15 (fifteen) days from today and on his appearance and on his filing a petition for grant of regular bail, the learned Court below shall consider the same in accordance with law. 6. Considering the conduct of the accused/petitioner who has also appeared during investigation and cooperated in investigation, interim protection granted Page No.# 3/3 to the accused/petitioner by this Court vide order dated 18.11.2025, shall remain extended for another 15 (fifteen) days from today, enabling the petitioner to appear before the learned Court below for filing fresh application for regular bail. 7.
