After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for petitioner submits that in view of the reply filed by State Government and the observation made by this Court that specific pleadings with regard to area of land as owned by petitioners and area which was subject matter of acquisition proceedings of the year 1982 and remaining area which petitioners possessed and thereafter till 2020, in absence of specific pleadings, he is not in a position to make specific submission, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file better constituted petition specifying the particulars of land. 2.
