Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already submitted the representation before the Tehsildar, Sunderbani for removal of encroachment from the public path which is the only source of path/way to the house and cultivating land of the petitioners. He further submits that grievance of the petitioners shall stand redressed if respondent No. 4 is directed to decide the representation filed by the petitioners.

3. Notice is waived by Ms. Sagira Jaffar, Advocate appearing vice Ms. Monika Kohli, learned Sr. AAG on behalf of the respondents. She submits that the representation shall be considered and disposed of by respondent No. 4 in accordance with law.
4. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of by directing respondent No. 4 to consider and decide the representation stated to have been filed by the petitioners in accordance with law but of course Serial No. 157

after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties and appropriate orders be passed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
