Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That this Hon’ble Court be pleased to call for entire records of the case from the respondents. 10.2 This Hon’ble Court be pleased to direct the respondent no. 1 to take appropriate steps for early disposal of 2 / 2 petitioner’s appeal at the earliest within a time bound period as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit, in the interest of justice. 10.3 That this Hon’ble Court be further pleased to pass such other order(s) as it may deem fit in favour of the petitioners under the facts and in the circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner while working on the post of Principal was subject to departmental enquirey and it concluded with an order of punishment. The order of punishment passed by disciplinary authority is put to challenge before the appellate authority, which is pending consideration and therefore, direction be issued to respondent no. 1 to take decision on an appeal submitted by petitioner within specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent no. 1 to consider and take decision on pending appeal submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 02 months from the date of receipt of the Order. 5.
