Mr. Sikander Bhushan, learned Deputy Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. The petitioner is working as a Trained Graduate Teacher (Medical) at Government Senior Secondary School, Bathu Tippri, District Kangra, H.P. His case is that he has completed about nine years at the same place, having been posted there on 16.10.2017. On account of his long tenure and also being confronted with domestic difficulties, he preferred several representations before respondent No. 2/competent authority, seeking his transfer, however, the aforesaid representations have not been considered and decided. 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 Lastly, the petitioner submitted a representation on 23.08.2026 (Annexure P-5), but even the said representation has not been considered and decided. The petitioner, therein, points out his family issues and also the fact that he has completed seven years at the same station. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be content, in case, respondent No.2/competent authority is directed to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a time bound manner. Learned Deputy Advocate General has no objection to this prayer. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from today.
