JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 5 13-07-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, informant and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Samastipur Muffassil P. S. Case No. 273 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 76, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that on 21.06.2025, this petitioner along with co-accused Raghubir Kumar kidnapped the informant and tried to outrage her modesty. Victim in her statement, recorded under Section 183 BNSS, supported the prosecution case. Petitioner has got six criminal Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11704 of 2026(5) dt.13-07-2026 2/2 antecedents. 4. In view of the gravity of the offence, statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 BNSS and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
