Since both the writ petitions involve common questions of fact and law, they were heard together and are being decided by this common order. The reliefs sought in both the petitions are identical in nature. For the sake of convenience and brevity, the relief clause as prayed for in WPC No. 1835 of 2022 is reproduced hereinbelow: 3 “10.1 That, the order dated 10.02.2020 as passed by Learned Board of Revenue Bilaspur may kindly be quash and consequently order passed by Additional Commissioner, Raipur and Tahsildar Aarang in favour of the Dhansai may kindly be set -aside/quash. 10.2 That, Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper may also be passed in favour of the petitioner.” 2. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petitions with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy by initiating appropriate proceedings before the competent forum against the judgment and decree/order passed by the concerned Civil Court. 3.
