1. This is an application filed by the petitioner/applicant for seeking withdrawal of WP(C) No. 1957/2021, with liberty to file afresh in case the cause of action projected still survives or any fresh cause of action arises.
2. For the reasons stated in the application, coupled with the submissions made at the Bar by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner/applicant, the same is allowed.
3. The application stands disposed of.

4. In the light of the averments pleaded in CM No. 5260/2026, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the dismissal of the writ petition shall not come in the way of the petitioner to agitate the case afresh, if a fresh cause of action accrues.
5. The instant writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn along with connect application(s).
6. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
