This case was not listed as a fresh filing matter though other matters which were filed after this application were listed before this Court. Only after this Court strongly directed that all the old matters which has not yet been listed for once be listed, the office got these cases listed. 2. Today, when the matter is called out, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for time, which this Court is not inclined to, after going through the writ petition and after getting assistance from the State. 3. After going through the writ petition, I find that the petitioner has challenged the letters by which an Enquiry Officer has been appointed to conduct the departmental enquiry pursuant to the departmental chargesheet. Further, the departmental chargesheet is also under challenge. Further, the other letters, which he has challenged has been issued to the petitioner to bring on record the document and participate in the departmental proceeding. 4. After going through the chargesheet, I find that the allegation against this petitioner is that he had obtained employment by some fraudulent means and further his appointment under the land looser scheme is illegal. 5. Be that as it may, according to the respondents there is some misconduct from the part of the petitioner, which needs to be enquired into and for which the notices were issued to the petitioner and no final order has been passed till filing of this writ petition. Thus, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition, the same is accordingly, dismissed. 6.
