(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 23.9.2026, issued under the signature of of Financial Advisor cum Chief Accounts Officer, Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Ms. Komal Chaudhary, Advocate, states that in terms of mandate contained in judgment sought to be executed, PPO No. HRTC/NPS/20215 has been issued in favour of the petitioner, who retired on 31.03.2025 for arranging the payments. 2 2. Careful perusal of aforesaid document, which is taken on record, reveals that petitioner has already been sanctioned pension to the tune of Rs.24,424/- per month. 3. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, instant petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to ensure that arrears on account of pension, if not already released, are released expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months, failing which petitioner would be entitled to statutory interest.
