Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for 1 year 10 months and unnecessarily he is languishing in jail.
On the other hand, State has submitted a report which reflects that the examination of the accused persons under Section 313 of the Cr.P.C. is over and next date has been fixed in the first week of July for arguments.
Having considered the advance stage of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 935 of 2026 is dismissed.
