The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- 2 “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent for concluding the proceeding within a period of 06 months. 10.3 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner .” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the land of the petitioner bearing Khasra No. 364/1 admeasuring 0.045 hectares situated at Village Chhuchhubhantha, Tehsil – Dabhra, District – Janjgir – Champa has been utilized by the Respondent/State for construction of Kirari-Kotmi Road. Though, the land of the petitioner has been utilized by the Respondent for construction of the road, no compensation has been paid to the petitioner in lieu of his land. 3. Learned counsel for the Respondents/State would submit that it appears that subsequent to filing of this writ petition, proceedings have been initiated and the petitioner was issued notice on 26.12.2025 asking the petitioner to submit the relevant documents and according to his instructions, award to grant compensation with regard to the land subject matter of writ petition would be prepared within a period of 02 weeks. He placed the copy of the notice dated 26.12.2025 in record. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, nature of grievance raised and further considering the submission of counsel for the Respondent/State based on the notice dated 26.12.2025 to the petitioner, as also, the submission of counsel for the State that according to his instructions, the award computing compensation would be prepared within a period of 02 weeks, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 3/Land 3 Acquisition Officer to conclude the proceedings in Case No. 2955/प्रक. क्र. 03/अ-82/2019-20 within a further period of 02 months from today. 6.
