Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home representing for respondent State. Perused the material on record.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions would submit that there are civil disputes pending between the Petitioners and unofficial respondents with regard to the subject property and in that connection, civil suit is pending before the concerned Civil Court. Further, respondent No.5 lodged a complaint on 05.09.2022 against the Petitioners. For enquiry purpose, petitioners were called to the Police Station, but no crime is registered against the Petitioners, since the subject matter is civil in nature. Respondent Police never interfered in the civil disputes between the parties and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders.
In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent Police are
directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except under due process of law. No order as to costs.
