Since the issue is of the year 2016, I deem it appropriate to infuse finality into the proceedings by directing the concerned Court to conclude the proceedings, within an outer limit of six months, if not earlier, in accordance with law. 4. It is needless to observe that the concerned Court would answer all the legal contentions that the petitioner would urge before the concerned Court. 5.
