While placing on record copy of order dated 01.09.2026 issued under the signature of Executive Director, Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Mr. Vinod Gupta,
learned counsel representing the respondents states that after considering factual matrix as well as relevant rules and judicial precedents, petitioner has been found entitled for grant of pension as well as retiral benefits as per CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972 and CCS (Leave) Rules, 1972 and as such, direction has been issued to the Finance and Pension Branch of the Corporation to do the needful for release of actual benefits in favour of the petitioner.

Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and as such, instant petition is
disposed of with direction to the respondents to ensure that consequential benefits flowing from the aforesaid compliance order shall be released expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks, failing which petitioner would be at liberty to get the present petition revived so that appropriate action in accordance with law is taken towards implementation of the order/judgment.
