State vs. Rani CrMP(M) No303 of 2025 25.9.2026 Present: Mr. J.S. Guleria, Deputy Advocate General, for the applicant/appellant. None for respondent. Cr.MP No. 2795 of 2026 In pursuance to order passed on 5.8.2026, proclamation has been published against the respondent for requiring her presence in the matter for 24.9.2026. Despite calling the case repeatedly, no one has come forward to represent the respondent. As per the report submitted by Serving Constable Dinesh Kumar, one copy each of the written proclamation was affixed at Annpurna Dhaba, Saiund, Bhuntar Sabji Mandi Chowk, and on the wall of Virender Medical Shop on 20.08.2026. A copy of the proclamation was also affixed on the Notice Board of the High Court on 23.08.2026. The report of the Serving Constable has been placed on record in Part-B. Therefore, after perusal of report of Serving Constable, we are of the considered opinion that she is avoiding service and is absconding and thus, she is declared proclaimed offender. The application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. Cr.MP(M) No. 303 of 2025 Vide order of even date, application is disposed of alongwith proposed application seeking leave to file appeal as well as proposed appeal.
