Let affidavit-of-service, as filed in Court, be kept on record. 2. In spite of service, none appears on behalf of the school authorities. 3. The petitioner’s application for transfer which was pending before the School Service Commission has now been sent to the Commissioner of School Education for necessary steps to be taken at his end. The said matter pending before the Commissioner of School Education will be disposed of by 31st May, 2026. The concerned authority will take consequential steps to ensure and facilitate the transfer of the petitioner to one of his opted schools. 2 4. With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is, thus, disposed of. 5. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 6.
