Mr. Shagun Sharma, Advocate, vice Mr. Atul Jhingan, Advocate, for the applicant. By way of the present OMP, indulgence of this Court, has been sought to release the amount of   award,   deposited   by   the   non­applicant.     The application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act filed   by   the   non­applicant   along   with   the   appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration of Conciliation Act, against the judgment dated 29.03.2025, passed by   learned   District   Judge,   Shimla,   has   been dismissed by this Court. In view of the no objection made by the non­applicant, the amount so deposited by the non­ applicant is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant   along   with   up   to   date   interest.     The amount, so released shall be remitted to the bank account of the applicant, particulars of which, have been mentioned in the application itself.
