The petitioner is aggrieved by the planning permission and building approval granted by the second respondent in favour of the third respondent. 3. The first respondent is the authority competent to consider the petitioner's request for cancellation of the planning permission and building approval. I direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s representation dated 11.04.2026, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity to respondents 3 and 4. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
