JUSTICE D K SINGH) The present intra Court appeal has been filed impugning the judgment and order dated 07.08.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.12496/2010 instituted by the appellant against the award dated 10.10.2008 passed in I.D.No.2/1995, whereby the Labour Court answered the reference against the appellant regarding his dismissal by the respondent-Company after conducting the domestic enquiry for the serious charge of demanding and accepting the bribe for approving the material supplied by the suppliers to the respondent-Company. 2. In the domestic enquiry, the charge against the appellant was proved and therefore, the Disciplinary Authority inflicted the punishment of dismissal from service. The challenge to the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:32024-DB WA No. 546 of 2025 dismissal from service was repelled by the Labour Court as mentioned above. The learned Single Judge, vide elaborate impugned judgment and order, has confirmed the award passed by the Labour Court and dismissed the writ petition. 3. We find no reason to interfere with the well-reasoned judgment and order passed by the learned Single Judge as well as the award passed by the Labour Court.
