The petitioners seek bail in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 07/2026 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8/21(c), 22(c), 23(c) and 24 of N.D.P.S. Act. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27235 of 2026(3) dt.13-07-2026 2/2 3. The recovery is of 144 bottles of cough syrup. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in the case. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner namely, Md. Sadaray Alam claims clean antecedent and petitioner namely, Samsad Alam has one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail and they are in custody since 28.01.2026. The petitioners undertake to co-operate in the case/ trial. 5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners. 6.
