Case No. 368 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and allegations are there of looting two hywa drivers. He next submits that the similarly situated co-accused has already been granted regular bail in B.A. No. 8027 of 2025. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 04.10.2025. 3. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations of looting is there. 4. Considering that the similarly situated other co-accused person has already been granted regular bail in the aforementioned B.A. by the co-ordinate bench and further the petitioner is in custody since 04.10.2025, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on regular bail. 5. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj, in connection with Borio (J) P.S.
