By way of this petition, the petitioners seeks the following reliefs : (i) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider pending representation of the petitioner for peaceful possession over their subject land at the earliest, in the interest of justice. (ii) Any other relief, which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted in favour of the petitioners. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed an application dated 8.6.2026 before the concerned 3 Collector for grant of lease in respect of the subject land, over which they are having unauthorised possession for a long time. He makes a limited prayer to dispose of this petition with a direction to the concerned Collector to decide the applications of the petitioners. 3. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this Petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Collector to consider and decide the said application filed by the petitioners expeditiously in accordance with law. 4.
