(ORAL) In pursuance of the order dated 25.05.2026, a detailed compliance report of the Child Welfare Commi%ee has been received which would reveal that father of the peoner has been found to be fit person for keeping the custody of the said peoner i.e. the child in need of care and protecon for the me being and that peoner is happily staying with him. However learned counsel for the peoner submits that now the private respondents are threatening the father of the peoner, who is living along with the peoner in Ludhiana. Noce of moon. Having regard to the aforesaid submissions and a8er hearing both the sides, respondent No.2- The Director General of Police, Punjab, Punjab Police Headquarter, Sector 9, Chandigarh is hereby directed to issue necessary instrucons to the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana to ask the concerned SHO of the area, where the peoner along with his father is residing, to assess the threat percepon to their life and liberty and provide them necessary protecon in case of need.
