Learned Senior Counsel for the respondent- Corporation has placed on record copy of order dated 21.09.2026, deciding the case of the petitioner, as also office letter dated 25.09.2026, in terms of which, 50% of the arrears has been paid to the petitioner under a Cheque drawn in today’s date.
