The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 96, 76, 351(2), 351(3) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3. As per F.I.R., on 02.07.2025 at about 9:30 AM, daughter of informant went to school, but did not return till evening and on search, informant came to know that this petitioner kidnapped her daughter for the purpose of marriage. During investigation, the victim was recovered and her statements were recorded under Sections 180 & 183 B.N.S.S., wherein she has supported the prosecution case and stated that this petitioner was one of the kidnapper, who forcibly took her to Delhi.
