Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 03.05.2026 in connection with Amrapara P.S. Case No. 23 of 2021 (S.T. No. 111/2026), registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 120B, 323, 307, 354B, 379, 380, 436, 456, 500, 506, 509. 452 of IPC, now pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Pakur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 28.06.2026 and charge has already been framed. The petitioner is a lady and there is general and omnibus allegation on as many as 59 co-accused in the present case. There is no specific overt act alleged against the petitioner in the FIR. A few co-accused persons have been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Benches of this Court and also by this Court. Earlier the petitioner was trying to avail the remedy under anticipatory bail application.

Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that as per the impugned order, the witnesses have supported the case. The case is of the year 2021 and the petitioner has been evading arrest and she was apprehended after great efforts.
4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation made against the

petitioner and that a number of co-accused have been enlarged on bail, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rs. Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Pakur in connection with Amrapara P.S. Case No. 23 of 2021, subject to the following conditions: - (i) One of the bailors would be the present pairvikar of the petitioner. (ii) The other bailor should be her close relative. (iii) The petitioner will personally attend the court on each and every date and on account of her single default, the learned court shall cancel the bail bond furnished by the petitioner. (iv) The petitioner would deposit a self-attested copy of her Aadhar Card along with her Mobile Number before the learned court below, which she shall not change during the pendency of the case without prior permission of the court. (v) The petitioner shall fully co-operate with the proceedings before the learned court below.
5. The instant bail application is allowed with the aforesaid conditions.
6. Let a copy of this order along with a copy of the affidavit filed with the bail petition be communicated to the court concerned through ‘e- mail/FAX’.
