Having carefully perused compliance affidavit vis-a-vis mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed, this court is convinced and satisfied that direction contained in the judgment sought to be executed stands complied with and as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same are closed, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file separate petition, if any, qua the surviving grievances.
