Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court in CWP No.19540 of 2025, titled Bir Singh Versus State of H.P. & others, decided on 11.12.2025, in the case of a person similarly situated as the petitioner has been pleased to direct the Authority to decide the representation of the petitioner afresh in light of the directions passed in H.P.P.W.D. (Electrical) Class-III Employees Association’s case, which stands referred to be in the said judgment. Learned Counsel submits that interest of justice 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:7285 would be served in case this petition is also disposed of in light of the directions passed by this Court in the said judgment. 3. Accordingly, as prayed for, this petition is disposed of with the observation that the directions passed in CWP No.19540 of 2025, titled Bir Singh Versus State of H.P. & others (supra), shall be read as having been passed in the present petition also and the Authority concerned shall decide the representation of the petitioner in light of the directions passed by this Court in the above mentioned petition.
