The instant interlocutory application is preferred seeking impleadment of the following parties :- ‘[i] The Additional Secretary to the Government of Assam,
Page No.# 3/4 Environment & Forest Department, Dispur, Guwahati-06; [ii] The Principal Chief Forest Conservator Of Forest and Head of Forest Force, Assam, Panjabari, Guwahati-07; [iii] The Divisional Forest Officer, Kamrup East Division, Basistha, Guwahati-29; and [iv] The District Commissioner, Kamrup [M], Guwahati, Hengrabari-36, Assam.’ as party-respondent nos. 4 – 7 respectively. 3. The applicant-petitioner has preferred the accompanying writ petition seeking an electricity connection and in the course of the proceedings, it transpired that the presence of the proposed party-respondents would be necessary for adjudication of the issue raised in the writ petition. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties have submitted in similar lines and have stated that they have no objection to the prayer for impleadment. 5. Accordingly, the instant interlocutory application stands allowed. 6. The learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner shall file an amended cause-title in terms of the Notification no.
79 dated 19.06.2023 before the Registry within 3 [three] working days from today and on submission of the amended Cause-Title, the Registry shall do the necessary corrections in the
