This is the fourth bail application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 364/2024 registered at Police Station Ambikapur Rural (Gandhinagar) District- Sarguja (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 22C and 27A of NDPS Act. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that she wishes to withdraw the present bail application as the applicant has not yet AKHILESH KUMAR DEWANGAN Digitally signed by AKHILESH KUMAR DEWANGAN 2 surrendered, though he was granted parole/short-term bail vide order dated 27.01.2026 on the ground of ailment of his mother for the period of one month from the date of his release. 3. In view of the same, the present fourth bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. 4. From perusal of the record, it transpires that the applicant was directed to surrender before the concerned trial Court on 27.02.2026, but till date he has not surrendered. The applicant is directed to surrendered before the concerned trial Court within a week and if the applicant fails to surrender before the concerned trial Court within a period of one week from today, the trial Court shall be at liberty to take him into custody in accordance with law. 5.
