The said application was taken up on 12.06.2026 and the same was dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to make a mention for early hearing of the petition. 2. It has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the respondents that I.A. No. 11791 of 2026 has been filed by the petitioner praying that they are no longer desirous of pursuing this aforesaid case and seeks permission to withdraw the same, since there is some amicable settlement and understanding between the parties. 5.
