Case No. 102 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. As per prosecution case, 105 liters of country made liquor was recovered from an open place. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on suspicion. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner has got four criminal antecedents of similar nature. 6. Considering the criminal antecedents of similar Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45227 of 2026(2) dt.09-07-2026 2/2 nature, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
