Mr Kanti Kumar Ojha, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the issue raised in this petition is the same as the issues raised in W.P. (C) No. 5358 of 2026 and W.P.(C) No. 5769 of 2026. 2. The above writ petitions were disposed of by relying on the orders dated 21.07.2026 and 29.07.2026 passed in W.P. (C) Nos. 5063 of 2026 and W.P.(C) No. 5358 of 2026 respectively. 3. Accordingly, by following the reasoning in the orders disposing of all the above-referred petitions, we dispose of this writ petition by Neutral Citation No. 2026:JHHC:25839-DB not interfering with the impugned notice/order, but granting the petitioner liberty to raise all permissible grounds and defences before the Certificate Officer. If such grounds and defences are raised, the Certificate Officer will have to deal with them in accordance with law and on their own merits. 4.
