The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dhanbad P.S. Case No.127 of 2026, registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 109(1), 190, 191(2), 303(2), 324(2) and 3(5),of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that by way of Annexure 2, the petitioner has personally appeared before the I.O. on 30.05.2026 and submitted that he was not present on the spot and he denied the relationship with Manjit Yadav or his family members, however, the petitioner is named in the FIR. He submits that the learned Sessions Judge have been pleased to grant anticipatory bail to two of the accused persons in A.B.P. No.1257 of 2026. He next submits when the motorcycle rider collided with the auto and thereafter, the altercation took place and that allegation is against 15 to 20 persons. He also submits that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para 9 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of assault and in view of that prayer for anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. Considering that the allegation is made against 15 to 20 persons and two of the accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by the 2026:JHHC:25782 learned Sessions Judge and the altercation took place while the motorcycle collided with the auto and the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para 9 of the petition, in the attending facts and circumstances, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad, in connection with Dhanbad P.S.
