Without entering into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of by the directing the Chairman, South 24-Parganas District Primary School Council to consider the said application in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. 2 4. Report of the CMOH shall be taken into consideration at the time of taking a decision in the matter. 5. The fate of the petitioner’s application shall be made known to the petitioner immediately thereafter. 6. If the application of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken without any further delay. 7.
