1. The victim along with her husband appeared through V.C. from the concerned DLSA and raised objection to grant of bail to the appellant.

This appeal is filed under Section 14-A(2) of the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 for grant of regular bail to the appellant as he is arrested in connection with Crime No. 10/2025 registered at police station AJAK, District Surajpur (C.G.) for commission of offence punishable under Section 64 of BNS, 2023 and Section 3(2)(v) of SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. 3. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the trial has not commenced, and the victim has not been examined. He seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file the same after some time.
